We call the house the Library and we share a community with the house next door that is owned by my polyamorous, queer partners, who also have cats and roommates. We share the dual backyard space which has a newly refinished pool, bbq, and balance beam. Oh, my partners run an adult gymnastics team at the local gym! We have some communal meals together throughout the week, have shared grocery runs and we split the food costs between everyone. We constantly go back and forth between the two houses but generally the Library is the quiet retreat while the social gatherings and meals happen next door with the extroverts and the pool.

My partners and I acquired this house 2 years ago and we are actively working on home improvements and landscaping. We are courteous about when we make construction noise and debris. We will be expanding the vegetable garden in the front yard and working in the backyard. I am setting up an art studio/sewing room for creative projects and eventually the garage will be my woodshop space. We are searching for another person to enrich our little community.
